Other names: Lubica, Luvica, Cheemanellika, Cheemanellika, Waushapuli, Red Gooseberry, Ololica, Loloca Rubica, Lubica, Globaca, Glubica, Dablolica, Dabilica, Duplica, Ruli Pulika, Ruplica.

Usage:
  • Lubica is eaten with salt because of its sour taste.
  • It is used to make chammanti. Since it is very sour, it can be used to make pickles and when it is well ripe, it can be used to make jam. 
  • Lubica is also used to add sour taste to fish curries.
